Norman, OK


Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the members of a corporate level executive team. This position is with a large, and stable company in Norman, OK. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of high-level executive support.


Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant


  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage multiple enterprise projects
  • Serve as liaison between senior management and investors
  • Draft and edit written communications


Requirements Of The Executive Assistant


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong investor relations experience
  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting corporate level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience highly desired
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel


Compensation For The Executive Assistant


  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and skills
