Job Description

Must Haves:

  • 3 years of experience within an administrative role
  • Experience supporting multiple people and meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong experience within excel
  • Experience managing calendars and handling schedule changes

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a highly organized administrative assistant to sit onsite on Oklahoma City for a large retail company. This person will be supporting two individuals while utilizing their problem solving and versatile organization skills. The administrative assistant will be responsible for the managing calendars, meeting strict deadlines, and will be involved in meetings with confidential information. The ideal candidate needs to take initiative, stay curious and understand the purpose of their actions along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
