Role Description

This is a part-time, 5-10 hours per week, hybrid role located in Tulsa, OK, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the business, including greeting and checking in patients before appointments, scheduling appointments, managing schedules, answering phone calls, returning patient calls and messages, and assisting with various projects including social media. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Athena EMR (electronic medical record) preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Social media skills preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in an administrative role is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in health and wellness preferred
