  • Speak to clients/customers via phone and email
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Lightly support Accounting Department
  • Assist with Special Projects
  • Schedule and confirm meetings


Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
