Pay rate: $35.00/Hr. On W2
  • This job will be a Hybrid Role you have to visit onsite for few days for work and Work from home other days**
Summary
:
  • The coordinator will also provide support for other Medical, Clinical & Scientific Affairs Associates on an as-needed basis.
  • This position is responsible for administrative/logistical support to the Chief Medical Officer and Global Head of Medical, Clinical & Scientific Affairs.
  • As well as manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) related projects and activities within the function.
Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Provide back up support for predetermined team members.
  • Provide administrative support for Chief Medical Officer and Global Head of Medical, Clinical & Scientific Affairs, including managing calendars, travel, and expense.
  • Coordinates international and domestic travel and serves as Medical Affairs point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and global travel, including itineraries and any logistical requirements.
  • Serves as the administrative point of contact for KOLs/HCPs, associations, and external entities.
  • Create and process travel expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Processing of invoices and expense for vendors.
  • Assist with contracting.
  • Calendar management, requiring professional interaction with internal associates/leaders and external partners.
Responsibilities
  • Proven ability to work with excel, spreadsheets, data, and technology.
  • Familiarity with the rules and regulations in medical affairs and the pharmaceutical/medical device sector (i.e., PhRMA, OIG, FDA, DDMAC, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in medical congress planning and congress summary reports.
