Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Administrative Assistant role located in Hackensack, NJ, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and performing various clerical tasks. The role includes answering phones, managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.


Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills including filing, data entry, and organization
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in the finance industry or as an Administrative Assistant is a plus
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
