  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (3 years).
  • Experience editing and reviewing documents for typographical errors, omissions, or lack of clarity (3 years).
  • Progressive administrative support working with executive level leaders in a professional setting (3 years).
  • Data analysis and reporting experience (1 year).
Preferred
  • Experience working within a healthcare administration setting.
  • Project management, event management, or contractual management experience, or similar (1 year).
  • Experience working with SharePoint.
Other
  • Driver\'s license with the State of Washington.
  • Motor vehicle insurance liability policy, a certificate of deposit, or a liability bond to the required limits.
Job Specific Functions/Performance
Provides support and serves as a liaison to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Responsible for handling, reporting and assisting in the resolution of administrative issues associated with administrative services. Solves daily operational problems and seeks counsel from supervisor and/or appropriate member of the Executive Leadership Team and/or Management Team, as needed.
Accountable for a wide range of complex administrative support-related tasks for members of the Executive Leadership Team, involving planning, correspondence, communication, document preparation, calendaring, office organization, management of supplies, travel arrangements, etc.
Responsible for the support of organizational meetings, including, but not limited to producing agendas, room set-up, catering, transcribing minutes, A/V support, post meeting follow up, etc.
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining continuing education for providers with accrediting agency.
Supports Executive Leadership Team track, monitor and submit necessary documents for organizational and compliance audits, including but not limited to BAA's, contracts, policies/procedures, and forms.
