The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Assists the Chief Administrative Officer of Ojai Valley Community Hospital (OVCH) with managing the daily functions of the Administration Department. Serves as the primary initial contact for OVCH Administration, coordinating the flow of information and contacts between the CAO and others. Assists the management team as requested.

This position will be located at our Ojai location.

Minimum

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years experience in medical administration

Preferred

• Proficient in short-hand
