Executive Assistant - Aliso Viejo - $120K

Thriving finance firm located in Aliso Viejo seeks a forward-thinking and professional Executive Assistant to support two top executives. The chosen candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

The Executive Assistant will offer top-tier support with administrative and personal duties:

• Generating expense reports, preparing reimbursements
• Performing light personal assistance duties – running errands, coordinating events, etc.
• Managing multiple complex calendars, expertly coordinating meetings and calls across global time zones; scheduling professional and personal appointments as needed
• Welcoming and directing office guests, assisting with heavy phone calls and email correspondence, and serving as a key point of contact for the office
• Coordinating all meeting logistics; setting up spaces, creating materials, taking notes and distributing as needed, and performing follow-up on action items
• Arranging extensive travel, including flights, hotels, car services, reservations, and itineraries
• Providing additional support with projects and tasks as requested
