Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience using Viso and SharePoint is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior-level executive in a professional services firm is a must.
• Desire to learn new skills and to expand your job skills over time.
• Experience in heavy calendaring and scheduling travel arrangements locally and internationally
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive self-starter with a positive, approachable attitude
