Exceptional Receptionist/Office Manager Needed

We are a busy, high volume healing space. You must be able to efficiently multi-task. This includes running the front desk, keep smiling, treat our patients well and have fun.

The purpose of this role is to create an unforgettable experience by being the first person to interact with patients, potential patients, visitors and vendors both face-to-face and over the telephone. The ideal candidate will have a heart to serve, be naturally positive and have strong client services and phone skills. We are here to create an unforgettable first impression.

The position is for part-time Monday-Friday during the hours of 7:30am-7pm, approximately 30 hrs. per week. Wages will be discussed individually.
