Event Specialist (Webinars) Jobs

Our B2B tech enterprise client is looking for an Event Specialist to support their team for 12 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote!

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain best practice documentation around webinar promotion, webinar/demo production/recording, digital events and event Q&As
• Providing coaching for stakeholders surrounding content, promotion and production processes, as well as recording rehearsals and Q&A
• Pull and deliver reporting across multiple systems
• Support digital event production process in tandem with video production vendor
• Manage multiple webinars, demos or digital programs simultaneously, in partnership with product marketing/field teams
• Manage a fast-paced calendar, of 15 or more, webinar, demos, or field marketing events per week
• Coordinate kick-offs, planning and/or status meetings, and retrospectives

The ideal Event Specialist should possess the following:

• Experience planning meetings and events
• Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, building relationships, and closing tasks
• Proven business management and reporting skills with the ability to protect confidential information
• 3+ years of marketing, field marketing or operations coordinator experience
• Familiarity with demand generation or customer lifecycle management is a plus
• Proficiency with Gmail, G Suite, and Slack preferred
• Experience (or highly interested in gaining experience in) Confluence, Jira, and Trello
