Job Description
This is a remote position.


We are seeking a Remote Wedding and Event Specialist who is enthusiastic, motivated, entrepreneurial, and meticulous. In this role, you will work remotely, providing personalized travel planning and crafting customized itineraries based on our clients' preferences to create enjoyable and thrilling trips with suitable accommodations.


To excel as a Wedding and Event Specialist, you must possess a genuine passion for travel and possess the ability to inspire others to fulfill their travel aspirations. Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends is essential, and exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills are crucial.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop exciting and enjoyable itineraries.
  • Finalize comprehensive itineraries and ensure the accurate presentation of all relevant documentation, providing guests with necessary information and departure details.
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and payments.
  • Offer transportation, accommodation, and activity options to our guests.
  • Cultivate relationships with preferred suppliers and our clients.
  • Monitor and report the booking process, addressing any travel issues, complaints, or refund requests.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to discuss all aspects of their desired travel experiences, requirements, and budget.


Requirements


  • Internet savvy- Must know how to use the internet
  • Attend webinar training is a must to continue education
  • Communication Skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be able to work in the USA
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively Requirements:
  • Work with Vendors on behalf of our clients
  • Self-Motivated
  • Must be 18+
  • Must have computer and WIFI
  • Book flights for clients
  • Sales Experience
