Job Description

As an integral member, you will collaborate on in-person client events, assist with managing client accounts, and help create unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences that blend business and culture. General Purpose Of The Job
As an Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Experiences Team by contributing to experience design and event production for all events and experiences. Your attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and ability to think creatively will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with external vendors, internal partners, and clients to support the experience team in event planning and communication.
Contribute to the creation and conceptualization of unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Conduct thorough research on events, venues, and vendors to ensure the highest quality offerings.
Assist with pre-event preparation, both onsite and virtually, including setup and management.
Manage conflict resolution and contingency planning onsite to ensure smooth event execution.
Monitor and manage budgets and event expenditures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously enhance our offerings.
Provide tactical support to the team in various aspects of event coordination.
Travel as needed to support on-site experience production.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the event or experiential travel space.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge and background in event, travel, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
Experience working collaboratively with clients, vendors, and external suppliers.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple partners, vendors, and programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present experience plans to internal teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to think strategically in high-pressure situations.
Self-driven and organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
Committed, loyal, and a team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
Willingness to travel for site visits and on-site trip execution.
Availability to work occasional weekends.
Proficiency in Google Suite operating systems.
