As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Event Sales and Service Manager with a flexible schedule to join our team and ensure seamless event execution.

Job Title: Event Sales Manager

Job Overview: As our Event Sales and Service Manager, you will be a driving force in event sales and creating exceptional client experiences. Your primary focus will be on generating event bookings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that every client's unique needs and expectations are met. Additionally, you will oversee event operations, collaborating with our event coordinator and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless execution. Together with the event coordinator, you will ensure that events run smoothly on the day-of, providing outstanding on-site support to create impactful and lasting impressions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Sales Leadership: Utilize your extensive event sales experience to drive bookings, build strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Understanding: Engage with clients, deeply understanding their event needs, preferences, and visions, and provide expert guidance throughout the planning process.
  3. Operational Proficiency: Oversee event logistics and operations, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution in conjunction with our event coordinator.
  4. Event Day Oversight: Demonstrate schedule flexibility to oversee events on the day-of, working in tandem with our event coordinator to ensure smooth execution and create impactful experiences.
  5. Venue Tours: Conduct engaging and informative venue tours, showcasing the potential of our event space and the exceptional experiences we can offer.
  6. Administrative Excellence: Manage administrative tasks related to event bookings, contracts, invoicing, and documentation with precision and efficiency.
  7. Exemplary Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Event Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in event sales and service, with a track record of achieving outstanding results. Must have 2+ years sales/event experience in a hotel or venue.
  2. Event Day Flexibility: Ability to adjust your schedule to oversee events on the day-of, working closely with our event coordinator to ensure exceptional execution and on-site support.
  3. Sales Drive: Proven ability to lead in generating event bookings, supported by strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills.
  4. Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Operational Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of event logistics and operations, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering flawless events.
  6. Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empowering you to engage with clients and present compelling event solutions.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of event industry trends, best practices, and familiarity with audio, video, and lighting design.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
