We're looking for a talented Event Experience Designer to join our dynamic team and collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Event Production to develop proposals that are nothing short of awe-inspiring. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting multi-sensory experiences that leave a lasting impression on our clients and their attendees.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with various teams to create compelling and memorable event proposals that align with our brand standards and exceed client expectations.
Bringing your exceptional eye for detail to quote development, costing, and pricing, ensuring the perfect balance of creativity and practicality.
Spotting opportunities for efficiencies and maximizing the wow factor while keeping an eye on gross profit margins.
Skillfully reviewing and editing supplier partner proposals to ensure they align with budgets and company policies.
Leveraging your expertise to identify the best service options for each client's program and providing alternative solutions when needed.
Fueling our creativity through innovative product research and development, tapping into local, regional, and national supplier communities.
Building strong business relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring our offerings are always top-notch.
Ensuring our sales tools, product resource books, and templates are up to date, making them valuable assets for our team.
Qualifications We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or a mix of both).
At least 2 years of event experience, ideally in DMC, hotel, corporate incentive travel, or hospitality-related fields.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that light up any room.
A proven ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
A true team player who can lead when necessary and collaborate effectively.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to make every event shine.
Working knowledge of venues and supplier partners, with the ability to discover new hidden gems.
Comfortable using Power Point and Excel templates to bring your ideas to life.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
