What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Collector, you'll be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns. Here's how you'll shine in this role:
Effective Soft Collections: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to influence customers positively, negotiate payment plans, and collect past due payments.
Analytical Thinking: Analyze situations and determine the best course of action while adhering to business practices, policies, and relevant laws.

High school diploma or equivalent (experience will be considered if legally acceptable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
At least 1 year of contact center experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
