Key Responsibilities
Process inbound faxes and enter data accurately, ensuring seamless operations.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
Report Adverse Events within the required timeframe, contributing to patient safety and well-being.
Create and complete accurate referrals and applications, keeping up-to-date with policy changes to ensure smooth processes.
Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns with empathy and a sense of urgency.
Utilize our advanced proprietary software while conversing via telephone, optimizing customer interactions.
Make outbound phone calls for patient follow-ups and confirmations, enhancing patient care and satisfaction.
Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants efficiently and professionally.
Manage patient accounts from initial contact through final approval/denial, providing personalized support throughout the process.

Experience And Skills Required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2-4 years of related experience and/or training desired or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of call center practices and procedures or customer service environment is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), company proprietary software (ConnectSource), telephone, and call center software.
Ability to manage a high level of productivity and multitask while conversing with customers is an advantage.
