Position Overview: Salesforce Support Analyst
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems run smoothly to deliver exceptional experiences to our students and staff. Collaborating closely with technology liaisons, you'll tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions. We are looking for a high-energy self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, someone who cherishes diversity and believes in the power of international education.
What You'll Do
Provide top-notch customer experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce CRM/SIS platform issues.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex, integrated data issues.
Handle a diverse range of customer requests, paying attention to detail and ensuring timely responses.
Document and maintain procedures, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer within the organization.
Perform data migrations and support production deployment.
Embrace opportunities to grow and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or related experience.
Background in Business Analysis and familiarity with higher education operations.
1-2 years of Salesforce support experience.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to handle Salesforce data migrations.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Quick to grasp and apply business concepts.
Multitasking expertise in a fast-changing environment.
Working Hours & Location:
This full-time, hourly position offers flexibility and may include occasional evening and weekend work (rarely required). While the preferred location is Reno, Nevada, we are open to considering remote candidates.
