Event Assistant Employment Requirements:

• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional at all times.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets.

Event Assistant Responsibilities:

• Learning how to read P&L Reports (Financial) and gaging seasonal inventory investment
• Customer Service –
• Manage store sales, inventory, and budgets. Report daily sales and capture all credit can cash receipts. Deposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as required. Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and work with local and regional leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies.
• Sales Reporting –
• Assist management team, and help organize special company functions and events. Manage the retail staff's weekly schedules and communication. Motivate the sales team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned.
• Supervise –
• Product Budgeting –
• Ensure inventory sales are reported and inventory in-store is upkept and organized, assist the sales team in keeping the floor clean and welcoming, and keep the stockroom categorized properly
• On-Site Management –
• Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise. Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards.
