Environmental Safety Specialist Jobs

Key Role:

Provide a strategic outlook for business areas, periodically benchmarking how industry and other government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced to the sustainability program. Provide support with overall business assessments. Communicate metrics and score card results. Analyze trend and make recommendations for process improvements. Assist with implementation of process improvements. Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities. Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to coordinate administrative tasks
• Ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions
• Ability to manage competing requirements
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to develop a budget
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to provide schedule management and development for long term projects
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary programs
• Knowledge of sustainability, including carbon free energy, electric vehicles, net zero emission buildings, and climate resilient infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
