Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the first-line contact with potential new clients, creating a report, gathering personal information, and preparing those prospects to speak with our Loan Specialists about their current situation.


Responsibilities


  • Ability to seamlessly toggle through Micosoft Office, set up conference calls, organize data retrieved from seminars and educational workshops held 2 - 3 days a week.
  • Service existing accounts and clients when needed.
  • Proactively initiate new business development opportunities to increase market share while meeting pre-defined goals and objectives.
  • You will be the liaison between budding prospects and the Loan Specialists.


Skills/Experience


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent phone skills, with a clear tone and precise elocution during conversations.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Team Player

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
