ASSOCIATE KNOWLEDGE MANAGER[1]

Essential Responsibilities

Macrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components to its success. The Associate Knowledge Manager works in individual local teams and as part of a global knowledge management task force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Company’s collective intelligence is entered into the database in a timely and accurate manner so that it is accessible to all recruiting teams globally.


The primary duties of the Associate Knowledge Manager include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant data
  • Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer databases (SharePoint and Encore)
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Store completed documents in designated locations
  • Work with the local Knowledge Management team to ensure that the recruiters and managers receive superior administrative support
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Transcribe information into the required electronic format
  • Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents or system entries
  • Collect information from recruiters, Knowledge Managers, and Strategic Researchers for data entry
  • Check source documents/data for accuracy
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
  • Comply with Company data integrity and security policies


Preferred Qualifications

This is an entry-level position; no prior legal experience is necessary. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs welcome), comfortable and thrives working in a high-volume work environment, ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines, self-starter, mature attitude, creative problem solver, task-oriented, attention to detail and sound judgment, high-level proficiency in written and oral communications. Excellent technical skills are required.


Compensation

Base salary, PLUS bonus based on individual and company performance and generous benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and much more.
