Energy Efficiency Project Manager Ii - (Remote Eligible In New York Area)

We are currently seeking a full-time Energy Efficiency Project Manager II to join our Energy Efficiency Programs Team to develop and run programs that incentivize the adoption of commercial energy efficient HVAC, water heater, foodservice and related technologies. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for Northeast Program Administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting literature searches
• Managing project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight
• Overall direction, management, quality control and completion of project deliverables
• Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency
• Communicating project progress to management and clients
• Conducting market research and data analysis
• Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators
• Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings and conference calls
• Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preference being towards engineering, environmental science or business
• Willingness to conduct business travel
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and present in the primary role
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
• Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding quality control practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with commercial energy efficient HVAC, water heater, foodservice, and/or related technologies
• Ability to work and thrive independently
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
• A minimum of five years of work experience and/or graduate school

Salary DOE: $77k - $90k/Annually
