THIS IS A BILINGUAL - SPANISH POSITION; MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BILINGUAL - SPANISH FLUENCY EXAMINATION.
Do you have a passion for helping people and enjoy working with a diverse population? Are you Spanish Bilingual? We are seeking a flexible individual that is self-driven, creative, and customer-focused to assist customers and work cooperatively with local partners in America's Job Center of California. You would promote the Employment Development Department (EDD) and Workforce Services (WS) programs and/or services through the delivery method of self-service, facilitated self-help and staff assisted services by providing employment services to job seekers and employers.
If looking for an opportunity to work with the public, analyze customer needs, coordinate job fairs/events, apply marketing skills, identify solutions, pay attention to detail, make a difference, and work in a team environment, then this may be the job for you.
Overnight travel may be required. Travel between offices may be required. Spanish bilingual required.
This position currently includes a Geographic Pay differential of $250 per month for Santa Cruz County.

This position requires local in-person workload, though some telework may be available.
