Overview An Employment Associate is a professional who assists employers in recruiting, hiring, and managing employees. They are responsible for helping employers create job descriptions, post job openings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. They also provide guidance to employers on best practices for hiring and managing employees. Detailed Job Description An Employment Associate is responsible for helping employers create job descriptions, post job openings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. They must have knowledge of employment law and regulations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply them. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with employers and potential employees. The Employment Associate will also be responsible for providing guidance to employers on best practices for hiring and managing employees. This includes providing advice on job postings, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes. They must also be able to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of employment law and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources or related role
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and apply employment laws
