Overview Employment Administrators are responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. They ensure that all new hires are properly screened, interviewed, and onboarded in accordance with company policies and procedures. They also manage the employee database, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description Employment Administrators are responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. They are also responsible for managing the employee database, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting background checks, and providing guidance to new hires. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
• Knowledge of employee relations and labor laws
• Knowledge of employee development and training
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience in managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Experience in conducting background checks
• Experience in providing guidance to new hires
