Responsible for providing support and guidance to staff related to workplace issues, policies, and procedures. Reporting to the AVP of Employee Relations, this role serves as a resource to help employees navigate obstacles to a successful and productive work experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- May be called upon to facilitate New Employee Orientation and other training as needed.
- May assist with compliance/ QA investigations.
- Manage the HR database and create reports, as requested. Maintains thorough and organized documentation of all employee relations matters.
- Respond to Department of Labor claims.
- Helps employees through interpersonal conflict, and guides them through the process of reaching successful resolution.
- Sending company-wide communication about company’s employee relation events.
- Collaborating with the HR team to resolve employee complaints.
- Intakes and reviews all employee relations issues and inquiries; handles or escalates as appropriate.
- Counsels individual staff members on workplace issues, and applicable employment laws.
- Takes part in tracking and monitoring employee annual evaluations.
- Assists with managing the exit interview process, primarily conducting exit interviews, but also may be called upon to assist with providing data and reports from exit surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree plus three years of experience working in a Human Resources environment, and practical experience with conflict resolution, policy interpretation, complaint investigation, and other employee relations-related activities; Bachelors preferred.
SALARY RANGE - $65,000 to $75,000
