Job Description
Position Summary:
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Junior Engagement Specialist to join our growing team.
The Junior Engagement Specialist will help build and sustain a team-oriented, inclusive, and cooperative culture within a large cross-functional business Segment. Core to the role will be partnering with Engagement Specialist to reduce turnover in an industry that is prone to job-hopping. A successful candidate will use analytics and data-driven evidence to support retention and engagement programs & recommendations. This is a unique opportunity to be a member of a team helping to build the talent engagement practices, programs and strategies that will impact the future of this growing company.

Compensation:
Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Weekly and Monthly segment reporting
  • Monitor postings on Indeed, Linked In, and other job boards and work with managers to identify high risk candidates.
  • Data management to help identify turnover trends
  • Project Management
  • Assist with engagement programs that can be executed remotely - celebrating employee work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and professional accomplishments.
  • Miscellaneous projects
  • Develop and implement an annual calendar of events and corresponding budget
  • Employee recognition platform support
  • Assist Engagement team with segment support as needed
  • Assist with employee engagement events, activities, and rewards/ recognition programs to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued

Logistics:
  • 10-20% travel may be required.
  • The ideal candidate is in or near Walnut Creek, CA or Charlotte, NC. However, remote candidates will be considered.
Working Conditions:
Required Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred
  • Entry Level Position
  • Must demonstrate initiative to proactively assess and resolve issues.
  • Must be comfortable in small group presentations.
  • Is comfortable applying and adept at using technology. Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint experience is required.
  • Committed to customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism.
