Quran Teacher Jobs

Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as required
• Supervise students during classes and during lunch/recess break
• Evaluate and discuss students' progress and concerns with parents and administration
• Attend staff meetings
• Integrate social responsibility and kindness into daily teaching and routines
• Ensure students have properly memorized all their parts before continuing memorization of the Quran
• Test all students on their sabqi and manzil
• Maintain appropriate standards of behavior, mutual respect, and safety within the classroom
• Teach proper Tajweed of the Quran to all the students in the class
• Listen to the students on their daily sabaq

Qualifications

• Hafiz of the Quran
• Above average Islamic knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule

• Mondays - Fridays from 7:30am - 12:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
