Job Title:Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote) - Only PST Zone Candidates

Job Type:Contract (Only W2)

: Client is seeking a Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our emerging Retail Practice group. This role is 100% remote. This is an exciting role and the individual selected will help our leading retail client reach their strategic initiatives.

This person would also interact closely with our iTalent Retail Practice Directors as well as senior leaders in our retail clients organization.

Length: Up to 18 years with possibility of converting to perm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution of personalized marketing efforts to drive traffic, sales, and consumer retention:

Email:

• Manage hands-on email coding, campaign setup, QA, and proofing within our email platform (Oracle Responsys), including audience definition, content creation and campaign deployment for Adhoc promotional email campaigns.
• Own day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns; including handing off final email assets to email production vendor, asset delivery, QA and deployment (Trigger Email Programs)
• Partner with vendors to ensure timely and accurate program deployment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure coordinated consumer experience and drive email performance.
• Resize and modify graphics/images used within email templates.
• Pulling email engagement reporting every week to report to business leaders

Loyalty:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the benefits communication calendar across email, site, app and retail teams.
• Own day-to-day execution of loyalty benefits, including: asset handoff to cross-functional teams in a timely manner, creating benefits in our Benefit Admin Tool, QA-ing loyalty benefits prior to launch, and ensuring loyalty benefits launched successfully
• Work with retail marketing and collaborations partners to ideate new and exciting loyalty benefits to offer in-store and online

Required qualifications and skills

• Project management: highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners
• Approach: curious and enthusiastic, with high attention to detail and strong follow through. Must be a self-starter, proactive, and flexible.
• Knowledge and experience with HTML and content management tools preferred
• 1-2 years previous experience (preferably in a marketing role)

Education

• BS/BA in a relevant field
