Job Description

RE/DONE is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service to join our Los Angeles team. We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver who is part analytical, technical, and customer experience focused. This person will work cross-functionally with internal business partners to execute the best customer experience, website updates and marketplace activities. This role will be focused on customer service as well some e-commerce responsibilities.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with orders, exchanges, returns, etc. with grace and efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product line, constantly leveraging to create up-selling + cross-selling opportunities.
  • Day to Day website support on Shopify+ platform including products, shipping, inventory, returns, and merchandising.
  • Assist eCommerce Manager with various tasks including but not limited to Site Merchandising, QA web development, and ad hoc report key metrics.
  • Act as liaison to help resolve customer or merchandise related issues.
  • Be highly personable and hold conversations with all types of clientele, leaving them with a personalized customer service experience, via email, chat and personal shopping.
  • Quality Assurance: QA, testing and troubleshoot the onsite buying experience to help uncover onsite bugs or issues.
  • Support website product launches as needed.


EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:


  • 1+ years of experience in customer service in a like-minded environment
  • Hybrid Schedule
  • College degree or equivalent vocational education.
  • Excellent time management skills, extremely well organized and adept at prioritizing workloads under pressure
  • Fashion or E-Commerce experience recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written skills. Must be comfortable communicating with external and internal clientele via written correspondence.
  • Compensation around $20-$23 an hour based of experience
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage.
  • A high level of integrity in all that you do, in and out of work..
  • Ability to think outside the box with a keen eye for detail.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to collaborate and comfortable communicating with other teams to find solutions.
  • Shopify experience preferred but not required.
