Future Talent Program – Marketing & Services Sales Trainee

This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations into different organizations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. The program will give you broad insight into our company, our culture, and our values. After completing this program, you will have gained knowledge, built relationships, and had experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

The program starts on July 10, 2023.

This position is for Denton, Texas and both are on a hybrid working format.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require International relocation to the United States.

What you will do
Future Talent Marketing Analyst

Here you will play an important role in the Tetra Pak Marketing Team develop and prepare key market and category information to build solid fact-based content for both customers and key internal stakeholders. In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to engage with the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure to both the packaging and retail food industry in the USA. The Tetra Pak Marketing team drives top-level service to all our customers across U.S. and Canada.

In this position you will be travelling up to 25% of your time.

Future Talent Services Sales Analyst
We are looking for recent grads that are highly driven, have an innovative mindset, an aptitude for problem solving, passion in applying theoretical knowledge to real challenges, strong communication skills and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.
As a Future Talent Services Sales Analyst you will:

• Prepare sales strategy including analysing sales opportunities using internal data sources to support the Services Sales Team.

• Have regular communication with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their strategies and needs, identify opportunities and develop proposals for solutions which fullfill their needs.
• Promote, follow up and analyse on sales opportunities based on customer information.

You will be travelling 50% to 75% of your time to our customer sites.
