About The Team:
Global Early Careers- Operations & Strategy Team is a global team based in multiple countries/regions. Our mission is to serve as a trusted internal partner to the Global Early Careers Team by driving cross-regional alignments via key projects, data & insights, system/tools optimizations AND providing seamless operations-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive key project initiatives across international regions to ensure objectives are aligned and goals are met;
  • Guide and support overall global university strategies, design and carry out engagement projects including university recruitment programs implementation and event planning;
  • Work cross-functionally with businesses and HR representatives on a global basis, serve as the go-to person for overall interactions with the global Early Careers team.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by empowering the team with professional expertise and sound process & policy design;
  • Promote and reinforce internal stakeholder relations and trust;
  • Work closely with regional Early Careers leads to develop and execute early talent strategy, advocate for university recruiting strategies, and provide input on cross Talent Acquisition matters including people, process, and technology;
Qualifications
  • Advantageous to have 7 years of relevant recruiting experience with knowledge of University Recruiting and University engagement (preferred past experiences from tech industry);
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Excellent operations management skill, being able to carve out the project charters, and offering a well-structured plan to ensure efficient collaboration within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to hire top talent and foster an inclusive environment while providing learning & growth opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align priorities and ensure collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders;

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100080 - $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
