We have offices in Quito, Ecuador and Madrid, Spain, and we also work with an extensive, talented international team of contractors. As a company, our specialty is working with functional programming languages, specifically Haskell, but we also work with various OOP languages in various projects. Requirements

For developers:

• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Deliver readable and testable code while meeting and exceeding client expectations. We will be looking for clean, well-structured code, as well as the use of test-driven development practices.

For all profiles:

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and assertive communication skills.
• High orientation to detail, with the ability to break down and implement new ideas and designs
• Availability to overlap 4 hours with US EST time zone working hours.
• Creative and pragmatic mind to develop innovative and unique solutions to complex problems
• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
• A high level of autonomy, pragmatic mindset, and constant search for continuous improvement
