Donor Outreach Coordinator Jobs

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for aDonor Outreach Coordinatorfor our amazing international nonprofit client in their donor management department within the medical transplant field!

This is an opportunity to make a huge difference in a space that truly matters! Full-time direct hire based out of New York, New York!

What you will be doing:

• Educating donors on medical procedures
• Meeting donor availability and scheduling metric goals consistently
• Evaluating donors for medical suitability and eligibility using guidelines
• Complying with all regulatory requirements, standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to the donor management process
• Adhering to quality assurance procedures to ensure donor and patient confidentiality
• Contacting donors identified as potential matches for patients in need of medical transplants to assess donor interest and availability
• Obtaining informed donor consent for blood tests
• Assisting in the investigation of Quality Assurance incidents and occurrences
• Facilitating testing through the coordination of laboratory appointments nationwide

What you will need:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Mac OS, Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet searches required, foreign language desirable.
• Minimum of two years related work experience to include customer service or patient care; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
