Donor Outreach Coordinator Jobs

Knowledge of and experience in Raiser’s Edge 7 (preferred) and Microsoft Office (required).

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Excellent communication and excellent customer service skills.

Possess a high level of organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Professional experience with data management required.

Project manage activities, projects, events, or other initiatives as assigned to create clear timelines, responsibilities, and accountability.

Requires two to three years of professional experience with administrative and customer service responsibilities.

Professional experience writing and presenting information in a variety of formats and tailored to different audiences required.

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Experience with CRM systems, such as Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, or SalesForce.

Relevant educational or work experience preferred

Manages several active donor cases at a time with exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, quality, and urgency.

0-2 years of donor coordination or eye banking experience

Medical terminology and experience preferred

Physical Requirements (for essential functions):

Complying with all regulatory requirements, standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to the donor management process

Minimum of two years related work experience to include customer service or patient care; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
