Wage Information:

$55 to $70 annually

Responsible for Domestic logistics activities, predominantly coordinating OEM System Shipments from Flow 3PL Partners to Flow customers within explicit and timely parameters.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• While utilizing company’s ERP system, release customer orders for pick/pack/ship activities to various warehouse locations to ensure on time shipments that meet the company’s KPI’s.
• Respond quickly and follow-up proactively on inquiries both verbally and written with all internal and external customers
• File freight claims and route RMA pickups
• Able to think fast and create solutions on specialized and expedited shipments.
• Able to identify best routing and freight cost for company paid shipments.
• Coordinates with 3PL warehouses and trucking companies for shipment consolidation and transportation.
• Creates/updates department processes to ensure effective workflow within the department.
• Approve carrier invoices
• Prepares all domestic shipment documentation (truck bill of lading, Ready to Ship Report and cargo labels)
• While coordinating with multiple operational departments, manages accurate receiving records and facilitates transactions within ERP for inbound inventory
• Responsible for cross functional collaboration amongst various internal and external entities to ensure efficient and effective inventory consolidation and transportation routing.
• Performs other related duties as applicable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to understand and gain comprehensive knowledge of Flow product lines.
• Extensive knowledge of various trucking equipment, routings, and modes of delivery
• Proven history of applied transportation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently on projects and function effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of fundamental supply chain obstacles and solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft based programs.
• Strong level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

Education and/or Training:

• Degrees or certificates relating to shipping, transportation and logistics is preferred
• Three or more years in planning/coordinating domestic freight/trucking in fast-paced environment
