The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for working with Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehousing, Sales, and Service departments to continuously improve the communication of key data surrounding the movement of goods throughout the business. This will include business current state process mapping, gap analysis, opportunity identification, and implementation. They will serve as the primary communication liaison for all facility requirements and focus on four major areas of improvement or success: tracking and execution of shipments, supply chain tracking, on-time delivery, and operational excellence objectives.

What You'll Do

• Tracks and drives supply chain objectives as assigned through alignment with Materials Management
• Other related duties as assigned
• Maintains KPIs for on promise delivery from the vendor, on-time delivery to the customer, out-of-box failure, and shipping quality
• Tracks all outbound shipments and updates the ERP (sales and service) with tracking information
• Updates MRP parameters as assigned
• Communicates relevant purchase order delivery information to department heads for the assigned material profile
• Participates in operational excellence projects
• Assists in cycle counts and physical inventory when necessary
• Logs and maintains all facility requirements including utility, repairs, and maintenance
• Coordinates the outbound shipping activity of both small packages and freight while working closely with the distribution team
• Follows up, tracks, and concisely communicates outcomes and adjustments to sales, service, and other internal departments

Your Capabilities And Experience

• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret product and service-related situations
• Prioritizes multiple tasks and manages each within time constraints and deadlines
• Digs into issues and problems to understand the underlying causes of failure
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the Life Science industry is preferred, with a focus on customer-facing experience
• 2-5+ years of experience in customer success/account management, solution management to business clients preferred
• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bachelor's or associate degree
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Builds and maintains solid and lasting customer relationships
