Overview:

This is a REMOTE position.

Provides administrative, production, logistical and creative support across Mercy in the planning, scheduling, tracking and implementation of EHR training within the geographic regions of the Mercy Health system. Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of work.

• Maintains records related to EHR training, including Mercy's learning management system, as well as registration, evidence of completion, and audits to ensure compliance with the standards of continuing education providers.
• Uses LMS to assign eLearning training to co-workers based on role.
• Partners with Human Resources (HR) and Mercy leadership as part of the co-worker onboarding experience, to ensure class registration of EHR training is timely and accurate.
• Partners with training Directors and Managers to maintain training schedules.
• Communicates training schedule to co-workers and leaders prior to classroom training.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in project and/or office management
• Required Education: High School Diploma
• Other: Demonstrated computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Meets deadlines and manages multiple projects in a timely fashion, High level organizational skills essential.
