As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our position as an industry leader, we are seeking a visionary and dynamic Division President to lead the mechanical organization and drive operational excellence.
Role Overview: As the Division President for Mechanical/HVAC, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our company, encompassing broad responsibilities across multiple functional areas. Responsible for financial performance of multiple operating companies with revenues of $75M. strategic direction has us growing this division organically and through aggressive sourcing of new acquisitions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and driving efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the long-term strategic plan. Align business objectives, set performance targets, and drive sustainable growth. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and optimize processes to drive operational efficiency across all divisions. Streamline workflows and enhance productivity, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among teams.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Talent Management: Attract top talent and foster a culture of excellence. Build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, performance management, and professional growth opportunities. Implement succession planning strategies to ensure future leadership continuity.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and enhance The Group's market position.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols. Foster a strong focus on workplace safety across all operations.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster innovation within The Group.
Qualifications:
- Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the mechanical services industry.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
