Division Controller Jobs

Responsibilities include preparing reports which summarize and forecast the facility’s business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations. Managing the preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. Provides management with timely reviews of facility’s progress in its various programs and activities. Advises management on appropriate operational adjustments due to tax code revisions in addition to participating in annual audits and preparing reports required by regulatory agencies. Also, monitors and maintains labor rates.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. The candidate must also be highly motivated, capable of multi-tasking/handling large volumes of work in addition to having good problem solving and communication skills. Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations including proficiency in using MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) are required. CPA designation, supervisory and/or Oracle experience is a plus.
