Plant Controller Jobs

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Plant Controller. Our client is seeking a confident and experienced candidate who is motivated to be a contributor to the company’s success.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Maintenance
• Preparation of production reports to monitor key performance indicators
• Assist local management in strategic planning
• Responsible for all accounting and reporting activities including close
• Review the monthly results to insure adherence to GAAP and monitor performance against budget
• Coordination of the preparation of the annual budget
• Coordination of the preparation of the monthly reporting package management
• Standard costing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Assist CFO in treasury management

Skills Needed:

• Internal audit experience
• Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of all corporate finance and accounting procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with others

Educational & Work Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Work Experience:
• Degree: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
• 4+ years of management experience
