Job Description
Responsibilities


Peraton is seeking an experienced analyst to join the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team. The DE&I Analyst will to responsible for the folliowing:


  • Provide strategic DE&I partnership to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent.
  • Work with award nominated employees to submit strong application to external recognition opportunities
  • Provide strategic support to DE&I leadership team on key business initiatives and ensuring maximum organizational effectiveness
  • Provide support to Sectors and work closely with program management to understand customer requirements
  • Utilize qualitative and/or quantitative methods to evaluate effectiveness of DE&I initiatives
  • Engage with Sectors to understand inclusion challenges and assist in developing responses
  • Develop, initiate, and drive DE&I programs and initiatives to enable desired business outcome.
  • Use metrics and other data collection tools and surveys to measure activity progress


Qualifications


  • Business, HR or Organizational education
  • Event planning
  • Experience in developing DE&I metrics
  • Additional work expereince may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Project Management
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years of experience with a Masters.
  • Will also need experience in the following:
  • Communication experience

Target Salary Range


$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
