Job Description

We are partnering with a Higher Education Association on their search for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager. This is a temporary to hire position, and ideal for someone with interest in DEI in the Higher Education/Health Equity sector.


Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written, oral, research, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant project and program management experience.
  • Preferred experience in academic/educational, healthcare, association, or non-profit environments.


:

  • Maintain an accurate calendar of events, deadlines, and meetings, ensuring timely completion of submissions.
  • Support programs and initiatives related to dental and higher education policies, health equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with Communications staff to distribute important updates on social media platforms.
  • Conduct research on diversity and inclusion topics to support presentations, articles, reports, and programs.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Organize and maintain files for easy retrieval by staff.
  • Coordinate the submission of internal departmental documents and ensure accurate reporting of expenses.
  • Monitor literature and publications for relevant information and thought leadership in public health, diversity, inclusion, and education.
  • Plan and assist in staff meetings, including agenda development, material collection, minute recording, and follow-up tasks.
