Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with any change management required to successfully execute the agreed-upon strategic plan.
- Research and advise on D&I issues and recommends programs, practices, policies, and community-related events around this topic.
- Review workplace, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they reflect inclusivity within the work environment.
- Maintain the diversity and inclusion event calendar and events database
- Complete industry surveys and client requests for information, including data entry and detailed narrative responses, and provide support for diversity recruiting efforts
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization and externally.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into a strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven track record of project management and ability to drive programs that support the organization's workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities.
- 6 months -2 years of HR/Diversity & Inclusion experience
The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
