Scheduling Dispatcher Specialist Jobs

Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience required

Ability to manage a multiple line phone system. Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

Experience in HVAC or similar trade preferred.

Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!

Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

2+ years of previous work experience in a Scheduling or Administrative Position or related field is required

Thorough knowledge of project scheduling concepts and components

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration skills

Proactive problem solver with the ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Must have strong software skills with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other related software programs
