Director, Strategy & Transformation Jobs

JSS Search are working with a high-growth food and beverage production and distribution company, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to work on GTM strategy, long-range planning, and the implementation of Dynamics 365.

The right candidate will need have consulting experience from a management consulting firm and ideally food and beverage production, distribution experience.

Responsibilities:

• Champion long-range planning efforts, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a cohesive strategy.
• Actively participate in the progression to VP Strategy, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Develop and manage the implementation of Dynamics 365, ensuring its integration with business intelligence (BI) capabilities.
• Manage a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage business intelligence (BI) capabilities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
• Design and lead the implementation of GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and long-range plan.
• Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and performance against objectives.

Requirements:

• Track record of implementing Dynamics 365 and additional Business Intelligence tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with long-range planning, GTM strategy, and business intelligence (BI) capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• At least 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on food and beverage production & distribution or similar industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to C-level stakeholders.
• Travel required.
