Director Project Management Office(Pmo)

This position oversees the New Systems Department in the training, accounting, and control functions. This role will primarily focus on the department financials ensuring timely reporting of operating results while maintaining contractual integrity. The Director, PMO will onboard and train new hires and work as a liaison with other departments. The position will lead the department and introduce and administer Company Procedures and Strategies. This will report into the Chief of Staff.

• Work close with Director of Engineering to ensure project critical path needs are met
• Continue structuring the pre-job kickoff process
• Administer and send out the Monthly Billing WIP to Project Managers
• Manage Market Recovery
• Work with Sales to ensure Turnovers are happening
• Submittals entered and tracked
• Review all job costs are correct
• Monitor job Change Orders to ensure that they are entered in the system correctly and on time
• Conduct new hire training and onboarding for all New System employees
• Orchestrate monthly job rollups and work with team to adhere to the deadlines
• Ensure subs are lined up/POs written
• Work with Accounting to maintain the WIP Report
• Oversee Construction billings to make sure invoices comply with contractual deadlines
• Review newly awarded jobs with the Director of New Systems and assign Project Managers to run the project
• Assist Director of New Systems and actively participate in the monthly CTC Meetings
• Work with the Sales Team on newly awarded jobs to ensure jobs are built and recorded accurately within Jonas
• See if valves are needed/ordered
• Review ongoing jobs weekly and costs associated
• Assist on continued structure and organization of the department
• Administer the invoice process for the department within the time frames supplied in the accounting closing schedule
• Manage the Equipment Tracking Sheet
• Review/follow up to make sure notes from CTCs are complete
• Create and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist the Director of Systems in Man Power needs
• Review Pipeliner for newly awarded jobs
• Review opportunities to capitalize on revenue recognition per job
• Evaluate weekly job labor costs and report to Director of New Systems
• Review Billing/Cost in excess on each project
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department
