Job Description

:

Position: Project Scheduler

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 months

:

Summary: Seeking an experienced individual to develop project schedules, analyze critical path integrity, conduct qualitative analysis, and perform schedule risk assessment, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

Job Requirements:

·Proficiency in developing and synthesizing integrated project schedules.

·Strong qualitative analysis skills to ensure critical path integrity.

·Experience in refining schedules, identifying options, and testing "what-if" scenarios.

·Ability to analyze constraints and provide direction on estimated task durations using best practice tools and techniques.

·Familiarity with schedule risk assessment and Monte Carlo Analysis.

·Knowledge of schedule health metrics, such as DCMA 14-point check, and schedule metric analysis.

·Experience in feasibility planning and execution scheduling.

·Proficiency in using MS Project Server scheduling software.

·Familiarity with Quality Management Standards.

Preferred Skills:

·Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

Job Responsibilities:

·Develop integrated project schedules by analyzing and synthesizing information from the Project Team and external sources.

·Ensure critical path integrity through qualitative analysis and refinement of schedules.

·Collaborate with teams to identify options and test "what-if" scenarios.

·Provide analysis and direction on task durations using best practice tools and techniques.

·Conduct schedule risk assessment and generate corresponding reports.

·Validate schedules against project objectives and optimize as needed.

·Utilize schedule health metrics to assess the health of schedules and perform schedule metric analysis.

·Assist in feasibility planning and execute scheduling activities.

·Apply expertise in healthcare or life sciences industry, as needed.

·Utilize MS Project Server scheduling software for scheduling tasks and activities.

·Ensure adherence to Quality Management Standards throughout the scheduling process.
